On Friday 27 January he municipality of Noordwijk and ESA/ESTEC have signed an agreement for the temporary use of part of the ESTEC grounds on the campus for the community plaza and walkways to activate the “Open Field”, the first step towards a vibrant campus square. The agreement was signed by Torben Henriksen, current director of ESA ESTEC, and alderman Roberto Ter Hark, who is responsible for the portfolio of space in Noordwijk.
