NL Space Campus has partnered with DronePort Rotterdam and Unmanned Valley, the organisers of DroneHorizone 2024, to incorporate a space dimension into the programme. This addition will highlight the value of space infrastructure in enhancing the remote sensing and rapid response capabilities of drones. This segment of the programme will take place on 7 November at Space Expo, Noordwijk. On that day, groups will visit both Unmanned Valley and Space Expo, alternating between sessions at each location. Key topics will include spoofing, Space Situational Awareness (SSA), defence, and the intersection of space and drone technology, among others. Participants will explore counter-UAS measures and the dual use of technologies. Additionally, the programme highlights how space technologies can enhance drone operations, showcasing innovative applications and strategies for integrating space and drone technologies.
