Every year about 35 students come to ESA ESTEC to participate in the Finale of the 2021 CEMS – The Global Alliance in Management Education Block Seminar 2021 at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. For a whole week, CEMS students from all over the world have been working together with start-ups incubated at the ESA BIC Noordwijk. Bringing new ideas on the table and analysing new potential markets and applications.
Our curiosity was sparked by the innovations and knowledge of the participating students, and especially the winners Erika Casari Marc Durnez, David Kraandijk, Laura Lasso, Peña Omar, Rami Mokhtar Ibrahim and Girum Samson. Esther Peters, director of NL Space Campus, was asked to be on the Jury for the finale. Esther: “It was so great to have all these bright students from the Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam programme at NL Space Campus and be able to participate. I was impressed by the high level and professional presentations and the clever new insights and ideas for our start-ups at campus. Many thanks to the students! Fantastic energy!”
We are already looking forward to next year’s innovations and ideas coming to the Campus!
